At RUHRA, we make sure your order is dispatched fast and safe.

• Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days of confirmation. (Non-working days like Sundays and public holidays are excluded.)
• After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–6 days, depending on your location .Once your package is on the move, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

• Store your jewellery in a RUHRA box or pouch to give your pieces the love they deserve.
• Let perfumes and lotions dry before flexing your RUHRA jewellery.
• Give your jewellery a break, take it off before going to bed.
• The only time you don’t wear RUHRA is when you’re entering water.
